Job description:
- Prepare fixed asset listings for business users
- Maintain the status of asset under construction, make sure no long outstanding AUC in the book
- Review unusual balance in fixed asset (i.e FA with negative balance)
- Create label for fixed asset tagging for the new assets
- Control the physical fixed asset verification schedule
- Perform fixed asset report review (PPE movement, disposal, addition, transfer)
- Check documents from user related with addition, write off, and disposal and process the document in the system
- Maintain the budget for capital expenditure
- Create capex movement
- Provide supporting data requested by auditor
Education requirement: S1 Accounting
Working experience: Fresh graduate - 1 year working experience in accounting field
Requirement:
1. Have strong accounting skills
2. Diligent, meticulous, reliable, discipline, responsible
3. Have good communication skill, able to communicate with other for data request and issue
4. Can operate basic Microsoft office (excel, word, Power Point)
5. Have good English skill (written and verbal)
